Quality Acceptance Policy
|
Every Quantum Web Traffic campaign advertisement is first reviewed by our member relations team, and is approved according to our
Quality Acceptance Policy. This is to preserve a child-safe network, and ensure the highest traffic quality for all members.
Your campaign is "INACTIVE" when an intrusive event or unacceptable content is detected on the webpage advertisement we send
traffic to. These conditions are described in greater detail below.
1. Intrusive Browsing Interruptions: Your advertisement must not contain any intrusive events, and must be loaded non-intrusively in an
OrbitAd. It must wait in the background, and be closed without any of the following intrusive events:
" Launching Secondary Windows: Your advertisement must not launch a second browser window that is not initiated by the surfer
through a clickable link. This applies to your advertisement when loaded, while in the background, and if closed, and includes, but is not
limited to:
" Pop-Ups
" Alert Prompts
" Pop-Unders
" Exit Ads (except Quantum Web Traffic)
" Sound: Your advertisement must not play sound unless initiated by the surfer through a clickable link.
" Frame Breakers: Your advertisement must not have a frame-breaker, which reloads your webpage into a different frame.
2. Inappropriate Content: Quantum Web Traffic does not tolerate advertisements with content or links to the following inappropriate
material:
" Adult: Any content or links to adult related material.
" Gaming: Any content or links to casino or gambling related material.
" Warez-Related: Any content or links to warez related material.
" Harassment: Any political, business, or personal exploitation capable of harassment, or harmful consequence.
" Spyware/Adware: Any links to download, or install adware, spyware, or software that gets, uses, or provides data without the consent
or knowledge of the user.
" URL Rotators: Your advertisement URL must direct to the same webpage at any time under any circumstance, and must not rotate
between multiple WebPages with different types of content.
3. SPAM: In the event that Quantum Web Traffic receives a SPAM complaint regarding your Quantum Web Traffic account, it will be
immediately and permanently deactivated.
Each campaign advertisement on the Quantum Web Traffic Network is monitored to maintain the highest network quality. If you see an
Quantum Web Traffic advertisement that is abusing this policy, please report the incident to us.
